This should not be confused with cost-cutting, which is simply supplying less product or substituting a lower cost, lesser quality product. We work hand in hand with your architects and engineers to address construction means and methods up front during the design process. Often, there are more efficient ways to make the cake or different lower cost materials which accomplish the same goal.

Many of our clients come to us with their project conceptions and no paper plans. We help get the picture out of your head and down on paper! Once that happens, we go to work establishing prices and a budget for your project.
