High Plains Construction Services, LLC, (or doing business as HPC Services, LLC) a Colorado limited liability company (“Company” or “We”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. Children Under the Age of 18

All website users must be at least 18 years of age. If we learn we have received information from a child under 18, we will delete the information. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided Personal Data to us through the Website, please contact us and we will endeavor and delete the information from our database. If we learn a user is under 18 years of age, we will not disclose any personal information to any third parties unless the user has given opt-in consent. This Website may be affiliated with certain companies listed on the Website. Those affiliated companies may collect and use certain data for purposes that honor this privacy policy. Where practical, the Company will update this policy disclosing those affiliated companies.


Social Media

If you are to follow the Company’s social media business page(s), you are giving the company permission to access your basic account information, including your name, email, gender, birthday, current city, and profile picture URL, as well as any other information you may choose to make public. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy policy applicable with that social media site. The Company has this exact policy linked to any appropriate social media business page(s).


Data Security and Retention

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers behind firewalls.


Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.
